Are you being judged? Maybe.
Or could you just be perceiving it that way?
It could be that someone is asking you questions that you would rather not look at.
It could be that you are simply being asked to explain your actions or behaviour.
It could be that someone wants to go over something that happened in the past that you would rather bury.
Or it could be that someone truly doesn’t understand your point of view and wishes to.
The best thing you can do when you feel you are being judged is to flat out ask them if they are doing so.
If they are not judging you, they will have no problem expressing to you the reason for their statements.
Most problems arise out of miscommunication.
Relationships are lost needlessly when people aren’t open to communicating.
