It seems the volume has been turned up on the entire world almost over night with a flip of the switch.

It can throw you off if you don’t have a regular practice to ground you.

Ideally, a practice would be done daily in the morning so, if you aren’t doing it, the chaos of the world might have you feeling a bit off.

That’s what’s been happening to me lately.

I’d been neglecting my practice and I could feel it in every area of my life.

You rarely see the importance of it until you go a period of time without it!

Since we’re wrapping up another month and heading into spring, at least in the northern hemisphere, the end of the month is a perfect time to reflect.

I’d love to give you a quick 5-step reflection exercise for the month that has just passed to center you, get you back into your life, your world on the micro, the one you live in every day instead of letting it happen to you by default.

Take a few minutes today to grab the pretty journal that you bought for just this kind of thing and curl up with a cup of tea for a half and hour for a deep dive.

It’s a new month, we’re heading into spring, and it is time for renewal.

We don’t haphazardly create the life we want.

It all starts with intention.

Here’s a good place to start…

Questions for Reflection

MemoriesWhat was your favourite thing that happened last month?
