“I don’t know what’s wrong with me!”

My friend was telling me all about how she had changed.

“I used to be out all the time and now all I want to do is read and drink tea.”

She blamed the pandemic.

Sure, it could be…

God knows, for many it’s affected us in ways hard to quantify.

Or, it could be that you are entering a different phase of your life.

It could be your priorities have shifted.

It could be that while being out all the time used to fill you up, now it is a total 180 turn from who you have become.

We are so quick to see changes within us as “something wrong”.

What if you are creating problems that don’t exist?

What if it is falling into place for you?

What if, in this moment, these new behaviours and habits, are more you than you have ever been?

What if you just finally stopped pretending about who you are, who you were told you should be and who you think you need to be and simply embraced who you have become?

What would it feel like if you were okay, just like this, just as you are in this moment?

Are you okay with accepting yourself as you are?

Are you okay with honouring your preferences and desires even if they differ from everyone else’s?

Pay attention to your observations.

That’s your Higher Self trying to talk to you.

Can you hear what she is saying?
